BreakFree 3 Workshop : 8 Weeks
Relaxing into our new flow… BreakFree 3 is a supportive, educational environment fully incorporating BreakFree skills into our lives. We ”walk the talk” together as we realize that putting ourselves at the center of our lives is not only good for us but for other women, men, children, our community and the world. We strengthen our boundaries and build on the base our healing has created. We focus on living loving kindness and realize the choices we have now created. We strengthen our adult and our awareness of our adapted girl. We let go of trying to control outcomes, blaming and retaliation. We return to our loving and connected Inherent Nature and release our comparing and competing patterns. We expose our internalized sexism and strive for connection and equality. We stop holding back, we lean into the wild ride that is our life.
BreakFree 3 is open to BreakFree 2 and 3 Graduates and may be repeated at any time. Workshops annually with weekly three hour meetings. To insure that we have enough time for individual attention, the group size is limited to 14.
