BREAKFREE 3 is offered periodically for all BREAKFREE II Grads. An eight week format allows us space to use our BREAKFREE skills to look closely at  even more healing.  Always in Relationship  looks at our relationship to ourselves first, then at our relationships with other women and men,  healthy romantic love, and finally our relationship to the world.   

The input and energy of BREAKFREE graduates is welcome and needed as we explore the next steps in healing and community. Please share your needs and good thinking as we work together to create our next steps.
